Once the design is complete, it is framed and securely packaged, ready to be mailed out to the customers. All of my designs are lovingly created and are original designs, that are copyrighted. Recreation is strictly prohibited.

However, if there is a problem with the frame when it arrives at your doorstep, please contact me and I will make sure everything is taken care of in a timely manner and that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
